💥 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 💥
Fun fact- I ran my first marathon with ~15 hours notice. I don’t recommend it, but I did it! And oh my goodness was I sore for days afterwards! 🙈 This is a perfect example of how I’ve always had a horrible tendency to be tough on my body.
