I work with a lot of women after breast cancer surgery. Many of the women I work with did yoga before surgery, but are unsure of what to focus on after surgery to regain mobility. Obviously this is different for everyone, but my favorite poses to help with this is live on the blog ✨ link in bio!

I think it would be impossible to find someone who hasn’t felt stressed, anxious, and/or depressed over the last year. But good news- yoga can help with this! Towards the end of the week, my hands start to get pretty tired. I work as a certified hand therapist and lymphedema therapist and (like most people) I use my hands a lot!
We all have those days when we don’t want to exercise. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever gotten in regards to running is “just go out for a mile and if you’re not feeling it then stop”. You don’t have to force something if it doesn’t feel good. If it feels good, then keep going! But if it doesn’t, at least you did some exercise.
